Selling bad quality food

I bought fish and chips from this store, came home and find the chips is very dark brown and oily, some were a bit raw and other had a bitter taste. I reported this to Olive at customer relations. She said that the franchise owner will contact me, almost a week later and it seems that there is no interest to make any contact.
