I decided to have a quiet Woman's day breakfast at Tasha's at Morningside Shopping
Centre yesterday. Unfortunately, it was far from what I was hopjng for.
Throughout my breakfast (unfortunately I was seated near the kitchen), all I could hear was a man in the kitchen shouting abuse at the staff in there. His language was
appalling and the way he shouted at the staff and the things he was saying was
disgusting. No human being deserves to be treated in this way.
I am actually working in SA for a while and have seen and heard things that are
unpleasant but this goes to the top of the list as totally unacceptable.
When I asked to speak to the manager so I could voice my dissatisfaction, the staff advised me there was nothing they could do because the abuser was none other than
the Manager himself!
He needs to be disciplined and some kind of sanction imposed for unsatisfactory
conduct. What kind of leadership is he showing to his staff?
