How is it possible that one have to wait almost an hour for fast food? And this is not the first time that KCF Parow Center had us waiting for service. This has happens more that four times, and I, every time belief their lame excuses and go back because I hope the next time will be better. I do not even want to take about the attitude of the manager. A white guy that just really do not care about the clients.
What they do is they take your money and then afterwords tell you that you must wait. If you want your money back, they say no because you paid with a debit card.
The first time the reason was that there is no chicken, then that its after pay day, witch means no staff, then again no chicken and then, personnel is all sick.
What a joke this place is. As a business owner myself I can not believe that any anther institution gets away with giving such BAD service.
If went on the website to have a look at the structure of KFC and how it all works, the people that you describe that you are looking for in owning a KFC is definitely not the person that is running KFC Parow centre. And the owners of that store is doing harm to the franchise.
