I wonder if people understand the concept of good service and appreciate it? anyway my experience with debonairs in riverside was BAD until THOKO called and made up. I lodged a formal complaint here on Hello Peter and got one of those automated responses that tells you someone will call you, a month later noone had called me and I got an email from Hello Peter wanting me to provide a comment about feedback? I lodged yet another complaint, saying I couldnt be bothered and didnt give a care anymore. Thoko called me same day and turns out their headoffice didnt feel it necessary to let them aware of my complaint, however that was not the reason of her call, she apologised, she dealt with my query and offered to make Pizza as it should have been made the day I bought and got terrible service, on the house. When I went to the franchise she greeted me with a warm smile, she LISTENED to me, she apologised again and gave me the friendly and warm experience I expected. Thank you Thoko and my faith in Debonairs has been restored.
