Worst service ever experienced at a fastfood place

This is the umpteenth time in a row that we received bad service from this McDonald's.
From forgetting items to taking so long that everything has gone cold!!!
Absolutely pathetic McDonald's.
If i dont get a promt response I will forward this complaint to McDonald's headquarters in South-Africa and America.
This is really so bad it is sad.
