Its month end. McDonald is a fast food is popular because of the reliable and fastservice. The incompetent manager at The Jabulani mall sees that we in a line for over 25 minutes. It kept moving but when it was our turn to buy, he rudely tells us that they not selling at that till anymore. He then walked away without explaining anything. We were all standing there in awe to the bad service. He has the audacity to come back and rudely tells to either join the next line or we won't be served. My night was spoilt. WITH MANAGERS LIKE THIS, IS THIS HOW THE MCDonald brand is represented. I have never received such bad customer service. I was about to buy food for 4 people as we had been anticipating to have dinner there. Now, the business loss my money for the night. I Don't think I will ever buy food at that McDonald. I am so disappointed, never thought McD Could be like that.
