Just want to mention that the guy and girl who worked behind the bar yesterday afternoon, has turned Cape To Cuba from one of my favourite hot spots to a place I'd never go to again.
We handed my keys in to open a tab. When time came to pay, we did, and we gave a generous tip. The guy literally threw the keys at my friend when he asked for it. His reason? Because we asked him more than once for the keys. We asked him twice because we didn't hear him the first time when he said hang on. And even if we did ask him twice, you don't THROW things like a monkey to your clients.
