I read the report about Panettone and actually witnessed what happened. The customer was abusive and swearing at the restaurant staff. They behaved amazingly well. He swore at them repeatedly when he was told that they do allow TV volume in the restaurant but that it was on in the bar. He got up and kept putting the volume up. Stephen was so polite but still got abused. The owner eventually told them to leave his restaurant and not to bother paying the bill as he would take care of it. Guys like this that have no respect for anyone or anything should stay home.
