On Friday 7th of June, I registered online with King Delivery. In doing so you need to give your address details. I then ordered and paid for my order. Only after doing so did I receive an email notification that the Polokwane branch was closed. Why not say so before I paid? Its the 19th of June and Im still waiting for my reimbursement. I have had to contact via phone and email, this company to find out why its taking so long (again they have my details). Terrible service!
