Emperors palace Streers is disgusting and very unprofessional. There's a lady there who thinks that being loud she can get away with customers. i bought a prince burger yesterday and asked the lady if it will have gherkins and she said yes, when i got to my office hungry and eager to eat my R48.00 burger when i opened it i found no gherkins or onions. i called my colleague to come confirm. i called steers to find out what was going on and the lady told me to come back. when i got there they took the burger to the back and added gherkins still no onions. the poor burger was being exchanged between hands of the chef and this lady and i just watched them and kept quite as i really didn't want to make a scene. they don't wear gloves and expect me to eat a burger which came out of their filthy hands. I wanted to throw it back at them but instead ordered a hot dog and gave the burger to a street kid. last year there was a special for rib burgers this same lady took orders from us knowing very well that there were where out of stock and started shouting at us. R48 and 4ltr petrol is a lot of money to be wasted when hungry. I will not ever buy from streer Emperors palace
