Where is my chips?

After standing in a queue for 20 minutes and then another 10 minutes to receive my order. I come to the shocking discovery when I got back to the office (10 minutes walk from Burger King) that the medium chips I paid for are not in the bag, after the lady behind the counter look in the bag & checked my slip before she gave me my order, absolutely pathetic!!!
