Steers
Incomplete orde

I was traveling from Cape Town to Pretoria with a bus, when we stopped at Steers (kimberley- Shell Ultra City). The cashier that served me was. I ordered 2chicken and mushroom burgers, a rib burger, a King Steer burger and chips. I then got back onto the bus and discovered that the King Steer burger was not in the bag, I obviously could not turn around to get the complete order. I am very disappointed because surely the order should be checked before it is given to customers? I basically paid for something that was never received.
