After the watching the boks victory we decided to have a snack at mugg n bean Suncoast. We where greeted by nana who said she will help us, told her to give us a two minutes to decide. Twelve minutes later we had to ask another waiter to call nana. Nana took our order and then never returned, we had thought that she had possibly left for the evening. When we noticed other patrons who came in after us getting served food it was really annoying. We called the manager to check on our food and within a minute our food arrived. My food was cold which meant the order was ready but nana didn't care. Then we requested the bill from the very helpful Ali, who checked on us on regular intervals and even cleared the table, suddenly nana appeared and came to cash up. When I asked nana why did you forget about us, she said that she didnt forget about us. When I told her that Ali helped us and not her she just laughed and said something to another waitress. The reason I'm writing this is that waitresses like nana must not take on At the end of the day if her service was top notch she will make more tips cos customers will be happy.
