I thought this through and decided that I need to let other customers know about the bad service I received not once, but twice at this upmarket Restaurant. We had one of our colleague's farewell at the Waterkloof branch. Paying R120 for a high tea, someone would expect better service. One person couldn't make it but I was forced to pay for his food. Then the cherry on the cake, I was FORCED to pay a tip of 10% for the poor service. Maria, the manager at the shop insisted I pay the tip out of my own pocket. Mother's Day, I gave Isabella's one more try. At Eldoraigne we waited 2 HOURS for our food and I got a Beef Burger and I don't eat beef, they ran out of Chicken and didn't ask me if I wanted something else. Maria was the manager. There were other customers who was offered cup cakes because they had to wait for their food. Nelita phoned me and apologised and offered me and my family lunch on the house. I phoned to make a reservation Nelita was very unfriendly and said the voucher is only for R150 or two people, where we paid R680 for food and even more service. I don't even want her to phone me again, I want people to read about her attitude and bad service!!
