In January 2013 I had put a complaint about the disgusting service I received from Milky Lane, King Shaka International Airport. The Store manager, and people from the head office contacted me to find out exactly what had happened and told me they will revert with vouchers. However, more than 5 months later, I have still not received any vouchers, nor has anyone even had the decency to contact me to let me know what is happening. They are all a bunch of liars.
