Firstly the lady that answered my call today 6/6/2013 and had the such bad telephone manners. It was your fault that my pizza only arrived almost an hour later due to you not listening properly over the phone. What I cannot understand is that I repeated this 3 times to you and you still said it back to me but you still wrote it down differently! When I told you that its this office park and not that office park you said ok whats your order I will fix that just now!
So eventually the driver phones me and out of pure frustration I get angry with him (which I did apologize to him for) and that is not fair - he was not the one that didn't write everything down properly!
Then when I phoned the manager Charles - he as well as the lady that answered the phone has such bad telephone manners - I told him that I will not be paying for my order as it had then been over an hour for delivery! He then still replies oh ok but are you sending the coco cola back or are you paying for that? I find that such a cheek!!!
I would like feedback as to what is going to be done with this matter and if nothing has been done then I will take this further!
