I went to buy take aways at maxi's jacaranda and besides that the lady doesn't know how to take an order it took me 30min to only place the order, pay and not even get a receipt. Also watching how they prepare everyones food I noticed with disgust that everybody in the kitchen is working with their bare hands. Raw bacon, chips and the list goes on and on. I wondered that what if one of those people goes to the bathroom and not wash their hands or even worse have a sickness! I called the manager Adiraan and told him about my receipt to see what I paid for. He just went to the cashier and told her to hurry. After which I mentioned that his staff in the kitchen works with their hands. He told me that they have tools and work with that. I told him as the tillpoint is infront of the kitchen that I saw for 30min everybody preparing customers food with their bare hands. He just said they wash their hands and that's that. Only after what seemed like another 30min did I get my food but one item wasn't on the tillslip so I still had to pay for that aswell. He just came before I left and said sorry for the till slip. Nothing else. Is that ok??? Is it right???
