Late and incompetent delivery

After ordering a pizza from st elmos woodstock for delivery to gardens, we were called by the delivery person because they couldn't find queen Victoria street (one of the main streets in Cape Town). We were repeatedly called by the delivery man (about 5 times) because he was lost/couldn't find our address/ didn't know the where the company gardens were located. When we finally got our delivery, it was only to find that our address had been completely misspelled on the receipt - wrong apartment number, wrong block name, wrong customer name, wrong area. The only thing correct was the phone number. It would have been great If the cashier had taken a moment to confirm those details, read it back to us or been able to spell at all. How does st elmos employ the people who answer their phones? As a result, we had an extremely frustrating experience and a drawn out night constantly having to answer the phone to explain directions. Not ordering from st elmos again.
