The first time I went to this KFC I received a top of the range service, there was a lady who stood at the door and greeted me with a smile. The cashier was friendly as well and the service was efficient.
After that fabulous experience I would go there religiously and I told all of my friends, which is a lot of them, that KFC park station is amazing.
However, this morning I received an appalling service, I was running late for work so I needed quick service, I told this to the cashier, however the cashier was still counting coins at her till with her manager, I stood there waiting for service for 15 minutes, there was no other cashier working. I eventually left, what I don't understand is why were they counting coins when the store was opened, the time was 8:40 and since KFC advertises that they open at 6 am, shouldn't they be serving clients from that time. We leave in a time where time is of essence, that is why we go to fast food restaurants, if they claim to deliver but they can't, then what's the point.
