Well Done McDonald's: Store Owner Customer Care

I purchased meals from McDonald's Florida 24.05.2013, tried paying by card but transaction was declined due to my bank being offline so I paid cash. A few hours later the funds were 'reserved' on my bank account.
Today I logged a call with McDonald's Customer Care Line and received prompt response from Lana, followed by a pleasant call from the store owner, Merdaad. A short while ago I was contacted again by Faried from Customer Care who was following up on whether the matter had been attended to.

Well done and thank you for handling the matter so swiftly and professionally; many retailers (fast food other) should learn how to effectively resolve issues with customers, from this.
