COMPLIMENT FOR Emmerentia Kretzmann (Fourie) - Claims Team Manager @ MiWay
I was caught in a terrible hail storm at Sunward Park Hospital on the 08 November 2012... My car was smashed to pieces!!! I had just received really bad news and was informed of an urgent operation I had to have as well as being caught during the hail storm... Shooooo... All in one day... I phoned MiWay, To log my claim, it was a struggle to get hold of anyone (high volumes of calls due to the hail storm) and so the story goes on... I won't bore you with the details... BUT... Through all the mishaps and ups and downs, Emmerentia was there to smooth over the rocky paths and did her best to to please me where other MiWay staff members had put a bad taste in my mouth! Emmerentia really went out of her way for me, and she is the only reason I am still with MiWay!!! Emmerentia is truly an asset to MiWay... DON'T EVER LET HER GO!!
P.S... All other MiWay staff members should definitely take notes on Customer Service from Emmerentia, they could really learn a thing or two!!
