A few days ago, I complained about the substandard chicken sold to me by Nandos in Milnerton and, particularly, about the way Nandos Customer Service handled my complaint.
After I phoned the Regional Office, Ruwaida, the Manager from the Milnerton Branch, contacted me IMMEDIATELY.
To her credit, she listened to my problem without interrupting me, arguing with me or making excuses. Most importantly, she genuinely apologised for the inconvenience caused. To demonstrate her sincerity, she kindly offered to compensate me.
Wouldn't it be wonderful if more people in ALL service industries handled their customers (with legitimate complaints) in the same admirable way?
