We called in to place an order today, 25 May 2013 at 20:11 & Siza Langa took the order. We asked for a Meaty Triple Decker RD with extra pepperoni salami & pineapple. The price, according to the brochure, would've added to R58.70. However, once the pizza was delivered we saw that the price was now R66.60 due to extra Mexican Sauce added without our permission.
We then called at 20:20 to ask whether my dad could collect the pizza as he was in the area instead of it being delivered. Siza said the driver had already left with the pizza. I called again at 20:38 because the pizza was still not delivered & it was 20mins later & was told he also had other deliveries. We live within a walking distance from the branch so it should've taken under 5mins to get here by scooter.
When the pizza arrived it was 21:00, after 50mins. When I brought the late delivery to the driver's attention he said "No, it was only 45 minutes" and I replied "But 40 minutes is the time limit before it can be considered FREE." He then obtained a blank look as if it was not his problem.
It's unbelievable that he made 40mins worth of stops as the "dot" was still bright red when we got it.
This is unacceptable to me.
