We ordered pizzas which were delivered an hour after the order was placed even though we live 10 min away. On delivery we questioned the lateness and were accused of complaining unnessasary. He also raised his voice at me. The Pizzas were cold and tasteless and the third pizza had so much garlic it was a thick white layer, completely ineddible. We did not even order garlic on this pizza. Phoned customer serv and in turn got the branch to phone us. they did not even appologise, again tried to make out as if this is an unnessasary complaint and refused to replace this order or appologise. They will only replace the pizza with the garlic as the kithchen"might have been a little heavy handed" Really? No appology? No effort to ammend the situation? Pathetic!!!
