Late, Burnt and no extras

I ordered 2 cheese and garlic subs with extra garlic on both as well as extra cheese on the 1 sub.
the order came after 1 hour, it was cold, so burnt that i couldnt even break the sub, only 1 sub had extra garlic after i paid for both to have extra garlic. and the extra cheese on the 1 sub wasnt even included after i paid for that as well.. I tried calling the store yet they dont answer.
Really dissapointed
