On Friday 1st Nov my niece and myself went to Romans.
We ordered two pizza's and a garlic bread, the garlic bread had a funny taste that neither of us could describe.
The waitress took it back and returned asking if we wanting another one free of charge (how generous!) has the manager said the butter had not melted inside. I said we didnt want another.
On getting the bill, they had charged for the garlic bread, i questioned this and was told that the manager had said we need to pay as we had eaten some! WELL HOW DO YOU EXPECT US TO HAVE KNOWN IT DIDNT TASTE RIGHT IF WE HADNT HAD SOME??
Well for R13, 90 - you have now lost a customer, well done.
