I stopped at the Centurion branch to get dinner at about 5pm. The cashier was very slow and I had to repeat my order of one large chicken tika and one large four seasons with extra cheese multiple times. She then did not ask or offer me for the special begformores and I had to ask her. There was boxes from a delivery all over the entrance and the self service machine did not work. Not enjoying the experience, I started filling the feedback form while she processed the transaction. The till did not produce a slip but I received my SMS that the deduction was made. Another cashier then came along and said that they want to do the transaction again. I was not happy and showed her my SMS but she said the transaction will automatically reverse. She did not take my details to followup with me and I had to to her details. Yet another cashier then came to take my order again and only then did it come out that the first cashier took the the order wrong.By this time I already put the feedback form in the little container and wanted to add to it. So I opened the feedback container and there was a lot of other forms that never received any attention. I will never go back to the store.
