Hi. I wrote a report on 9 May 2013. I did receive a comment from Wimpy that someone would be in contact with me on 10 May. Up to now nobody contacted me!! This is totally pathetic and shows Wimpy's total disregard for their customers!!! (Which I might add, is the very same people that is keeping your doors open). I tried being civilised about this, but with such pathetic service you must now take what is coming to you!!! I think it is time that all South Africans start seeing Wimpy for who they are... PATHETIC!!! We should all just stop wasting our money on them!!!
