I placed an order online for pizza and payment got deducted from my card. I get a call 5 minutes later from the manager indicating that they have not received my order. How did they know I placed an order if they never received it? He indicates that I need to order again and pay I again. I explained that I already paid and will not pay again for the same order. He indicates that I need to prove that I paid by producing a bank statement but in the same breath he says they will refund my cash in 48 hours. Now I have paid for food that they are not willing to deliver to me!
