Good day - I went into Debonairs Zevenwacht order no.303 Inv#44393 on Friday 26 July 2013 and placed my order @ 18:57. When I requested a refund at 19h20, because i still didn't receive my order- I was told by the manager, Dhakir Christiaans- that the set-up doesn't allow him to give me a refund- I could only qualify for a refund if I payed cash. When I informed him that, that was the most ridicolous thing I ever heard he informed me that I am rude. I only received my pizza at 19h50- I tried to call the Debonairs call centre, but nobody picked up. Iam very dissapointed and upset with the service that I received_ why wasn't I informed when I originally paid that the waiting period is close to a hour for a take-away pizza? No where on my slip that it specify that "No refunds" allowed when paying with a card. I was misinformed as a consumer according to the Consumer Protection Act. I am very disappointed and will not recommend anybody to Debonairs Zevenwacht.
