Grand Central Restaurant
Stand in a Non Existant Que with Baby in Pram

I was encouraged to take my wife and 2month old baby in pram to Grand Central Restaurant Melrose Arch to celebrate her first mothers day!!!
Great open area for family outside seating. We arrived- the restaurant was not full on moms day fortunately. There were plenty of seats available outside. We entered through the outside area (easier for us to move around with our big pram and babybags etc). We found a shady spot and we were greeted by a waitor. He then prompted my wife and pram and I to enter through the main entrance as instructed by his manager due to ques. Difficult as it was, we obliged. We got to the entrance, there we no ques??? Plenty of seating available!! There were stairs to climb down with our 2mnth old baby in pram!!! We get to our seat, double standards, there sat another couple who had entered through the same entrance (that we were forbidden to enter through.) Explain that to me???

We were completlely put off from eating there. Rules that apply to certain individuals and not others. Rules that dont make business sense and are just technical. The worst first mothers day anyone could have at Grand Central Melrose Arch. We were put off and left.
