I have had a few disappointing experiences with Mr. Delivery and generally dread making the call. Tonight I called the Norwood branch and spoke to Nkoma. She was SO friendly and SO sweet. She kept me in the loop every step of the way. It was the first time that I finished a call with Mr. Delivery with a smile on my face-thank you Nkoma. Please pass this message on to her.
