I went to buy some take aways. Their is one que and we fell into this que with other people behind us and 2 infront. When we were next Jubilile said their is 3 ques and when we moved into the next slot Susan refuse to assist us and wanted to serve someone that came after us. I totally told her we here first and she refuse to help us. I then said iwant to see management and she just stared at me and i had to ask one of the kitchen staff to call Dereck which said he will help us and took our order. When i said i want head office number and took names Susan was the first to take of her name to try and hide it, were Dereck told her to behave in her own language which i happen to understand. After serving 3 other people around us the staff wanted to help and Dereck only then told us sorry their is now no chips and we had to wait. Is this how your customets get treated at this outlet. For sure i will not support them again and be sure to tell all about this.
