I was at wimpy to buy ice-cream for myself and 4 other people I was with. The waiter who was assisting us was just a pain, she snapped her fingers at us demanding we pay while we were still deciding who wants what. She was extremely rude up front. At first we walked away from her to avoid a situation but we could hear as we walked away how her and ANOTHER waiter were both laughing. After a while we went back to buy what we wanted, she was at the cash register. When we got there she walked away pretending she couldn't see us, we stood there and decided to ask the kitchen staff to call the manager to report this to the manager, who i thought would give us a form or something to fill in because we told him we would like to lay a complaint against her. He treated us like delinquents, could see from his face that he wanted to laughter so I told him to rather just leave it. The three of them were very unnecessary. They ruined what could have been a really nice cold end to a long day. Wimpy should be embarrassed to call such people staff!
