Service Delayed & Food Cold, Deceived

To whom it may concern

This is the umpteenth time that i am making a post of this Branch, we ordered "Chicken Supreme Thick Base Large and Greek Feta with Spinach with extra tomato topping with a order of Meat lasagne" order number 73 on their books, and when we fetched the order 30 minutes later!!! the pizza was cold nevermind the lasagne still half frozen.
We were already home by the point that we realized.

The problems that we encountered are as follows:
The Feta Greek with Spinach had Olives in and my Fiance is allergic to Olives.
The Meat Lasagne was Ice cold in the middle and half cooked.
The portion of Lasagne that we recieved was 3/4 and not same size portion of what you would normally get.
The Pizza was ICE cold.

Now the branch was not so busy like it always is, and that is the reason for the complaint.
The fewer the customers the better the service should be and deliver on SLA's, which in this case they did not adhere to.

We are deeply Disgusted with the service/products
I personally have pictures of the problem products if needed.
