I took my family to the restaurant for lunch (including my wheelchair bound father and 4 small children). We started ordering, the waitress told us the kitchen was very busy and she had absolutely no idea how long it would take for food come through but that it would be a very long time. Seeing as we were all seated we tried to opt for tea and cake instead, to be told that one cake option was finished, the other two not set. We then asked if we could have tea and the biscuits that we had with us. She asked the manager who stormed over to us and said he is not serving light lunches and incomprehensibly (and aggressively) said we couldn't eat our own sandwiches in his restaurant. We tried to explain but he would not listen. What a revolting man!! Needless to say we left shaken and disgusted at having been treated like that.
