I am totally over this bad service.
First of all i complained about the service a month or 2 ago and i was phoned and just told that they will talk to the staff. And fine i left it but i am done with Debonairs, one again we were proven wrong that the bad service just comes with the package.
This week Monday we ordered pizza we want 2x Chicken and mushroom pizza's small one's and they sent regular ones were we had to send it back because we did not have enough money for it were we phoned as well to let them know, they handled that good we arranged that they pay for one and we pay for one. With that i was happy, then Yesterday i ordered well were the order was also wrong and we phoned to let them know but still we left it. Now today wen we phoned there was a lady that answered and when she heard it was Mbali she just passed the phone on. So we talked to the Manager and he said that the cashier don't want to talk to her anymore because we find stuff wrong with everything. We are a big building and we order pizza everyday, and unfortunately me and Mbali is the ones that order for the whole building, BUT we will no longer make use of Debonairs, because talking no longer works.
