On hold for 4 minutes

I called Steers number to order Fishaways and was asked to hold for a Fishaways attendant to take my order. after waiting for over 4 minutes for someone to take my order someone on the other end put the phone down.
i do not appreciate this kind of service. why make me wait for so long?
i will not be making anymore orders from this franchise and that includes my colleagues.
