George Tseladimitlwa from FNB sent me an SMS notifying me of my account that has been over drawn.
In the SMS was he's direct contact details. I called and within a few rings, George answers! No call centre IVR's or anything! Amazingly in under 2min we have made the neccesarry arrangements and all was done.
George gave super friendly service, applied he's mind, used judgement and just left me feeling like a valued FNB client! This is so amazing that I felt it had to be made known and Especially a BIG Thanx to George.
He deserve's to be complimented by Management & recocnised for he's warm caring customer service that he so effortlesly deliver.
You rock Mr Tseladimitlwa - Thank you once again!
