REPEAT COMPLAINT

Well, that was very helpful (refer my previous complaint). I just returned from a week's leave and found that a) the phone that I had cancelled had NOT been collected as promised (for the umpteenth time) by the people who respond to this and b) you had deducted the payment for it in any event despite the cancellation. As I had said in my previous complaint, if you told me where, I would have delivered it to you, as you are obviously not able to arrange the pickup after more than a month of complaints, promises and... well, then NOTHING.

I have given up and sold the phone, as I have no use for two of the same devices, so you can stop worrying about this (as if you ever did). Understand though that you have done ten years worth of damage to a client relationship, and while I was singing FNB's praises before, my present song about you is a song of lament. WHAT DOES THAT COST YOU?
