Virgin Insurance Group You have decuted 3 payments of NOT the agreeded amount, you respond on Hello Peter once in a month, this is not okay, Please you have either made a decision or not, How is it possible it takes three months for a decission, IS YOUR GROUP SPECIALIST STILL WORKING THERE?
This is certainly not the way to keep customers, I have been with Virgin Insurance for a long time, If you are NOT able to get a solution please advise me, so I can make alternative arrangements
Please do not tell me you will get back to me soonest because this takes 3 months
