Excellent service from Zania at Auto and General

I lost my cellphone and called in to register the claim and arrange for a replacement.

Zania was courteous, efficient, and completed the necessary steps with minimum fuss. She was very clear in the remaining information needed from my service provider (the ITC blacklisting reference number), and gave me both her email and telephone contact details for follow-up.

Fortunately, my service provider provided the ITC number promptly, however, before the end of the day, Zania had my claim finalised and even went so far as to provide me with options for replacement.

All in all, it was excellent service, so very rarely found in South Africa.

Keep up the good work, Zania and it was a pleasure dealing with you.
