I had a great experience with my former insurance, unexpected. In October 2012 I had a unfortunate. My claim was managed properly but unfortunately due to unforeseen factors I left Budget insurance.
Though is part of policy, I didn't expect them to recover my excess, especially when the person liable for it was so hard to reach. It was until Mr Mooi was given the case that I started getting feedback and seeing progress. I am now on the verge of getting my excess back, and confident I will get it as I can feel the commitment from the person on the other side of the line
