Budget Insurance
Tired of waiting for Feedback

I had an accident on the 2nd of January 2013, I have been trying to recover my excess from Budget ever since! No one gives me feedback or anything, I am just expected to Pay and they are not willing to recover my Excess!!! Why would anyone have insurance with Budget... Its almost a year later and I don't have a clue what is going on, If I don't get a response I will be forced to go to the Ombudsman as this is just totally unacceptable
