I cannot believe it. After several phone calls the past days I wanted to insure my new car a Ford Tourneo Custom 2013 model. They do not have the car on their system and therefor cannot insure my vehicle. After years of no claims, my insurers are not prepared to insure my car and therefor force my to change to another service provider. can that be? How can the dealers sell cars but Auto & General doesn"t have it on their system?
I can not express my disappointment and surprisement. Please, can somebody give clarity on this matter???
