I am going to keep this short and sweet so I dont swear to much but I have to say, I was on hold for 53 min on Saturday to sort out my decoder, i had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a very mentally challenged staff member Refiloe Tsatsi, it was only later when I called back and chatted to Margeret Harris did i actually get some decent service.
Your staff do not listen and do not address the correct problem. Refiloe Tsatsi didnt even know to activate my new decoder... WAKE UP
Well done Margeret Harris... I hope they make you the call centre manager SOON...
