The rude service from senior management Ridwaan that I received was appalling. My reason for cancelation was not acceptable" I have changed my mind" and I was told that this a contractual agreement and that its not good enough. I was asking for a cancellation, as well as a reversal of the R750 reversal on my account. Very rude-I was told rather go sort this out at my bank. Why is it so hard to do what I am asking. I was more than willing to wait for the refund. Being rude and having such a poor attitude just makes it easier not to choose AG-even though I was a previous client many years ago. According to the consumer act, one should not be bullied and treated poorly for changing their mind-I am well within my rights. After all that, Ridwaan says that it will be done-but the attitude and how one is treated is very unprofessional.
I came to A&G looking for service-which is evidently not there.
