Poor Responce From Client Services

I sent an email to Marcia on the 18th of April after she sent me credit card statements I was not able to use.
I explained the reason for asking for back statements but this email was replied to on an automated reply on the 18th and to date I have not had any reply from anyone. I even have a useless tracking number [EC: ADB5D23E]

I'm going through a divorce where "out of community of property" means nothing to my ex and i have all the debt on my name. I now have to prove to court that I own what I claim to own and need my statements to validate these purchases. I need these items back to sell so that i can recoup my debt.

I can't do anything without the banks help and I'm just being blatantly ignored.

It's shocking that you are just a number and no one cares.

My advocate with legal aid has said i can get statements demanded by the court but that the banks will be responsible for this application but that even doesn't phase anyone.

I'm disgusted with the lack of even trying to help let alone respond to emails.
