I'm happy, but it's taken time to get to this point. This is a breakdown of my experience with Brent and team.
Phase 1: Quote Time
Brent was on time, the quote was very professional, with everything laid out well. I was worried with Brent's payment terms, but I continued anyway, and was happy.
Phase 2: Digging the hole
Brent's team was on time, and did the work in 3-4 days as expected.
Phase 3: Concrete
Brent was here some of the time, not all the time, and this was done as expected.
Phase 4: Paving, Pumps and pool plaster
Brent was away at the start of this, but also did not spend time on site, stating some Doctor's was shouting harder then me. I had to keep an eye on progress and make sure everything was done. The electrician was very late, and some areas was not completed as it should be. I must add, I did add a lot of extra paving and this was done, even without Brent's presence.
Phase 5: Final finishing
This is the part where I'm not satisfied. Brent was absent, and I had to phone him repeatedly, with no response or call back from Brent after I phoned. Some issues linger, but his team is working on it
