Dear Tracey,
You very kindly logged our complaint on the 8th of November, it is now more than a week later and we have had NO feedback and are now at the point where we are seriously considering closing our account due to COMPLETE lack of service. This is really not acceptable!
We have been customers with FNB for a long time, but this has been detrimental to our business.
